Valentine’s Decadent Dessert
HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY FRIENDS!!
We have Mariah from Giggles Galore sharing a delicious chocolate dessert you can make tonight for your significant other. You might be going out to eat dinner, but finish your special date with this homemade dessert!
You will need the following ingredients:
- Brownie Mix
- Cool Whip (8 oz container)
- Cream Cheese (8 oz)
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Chocolate glaze (I used Duncan Hines Amazing Glazes)
- Garnish (mint, berries, chocolate hearts)
- Ring mold (not necessary)
Bake brownies according to the directions on the box.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and powered sugar until well blended.
Fold in cool whip…..
Spray your ring mold with cooking spray and then cut your brownies.
Fill molds with creamy mixture and place in fridge to set (1-2 hours)
This is optional, but if you would like to add an extra special touch, melt chocolate and pipe on wax paper (I printed out an image of a heart and used that as my guide) and set in freezer to harden.
Take a wet knife and slide it around the mold to loosen the dessert.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce and let set.
Place the dessert on a plate and garnish with mint and berries.
Wouldn’t this the perfect sweetest ending to your date? I love it!
Thank you so much Mariah for sharing this yummy and easy recipe with us!
This is totally my kind of baking.
