4th of July Party on a Budget

Hi friends!! Happy 4th of July a day early! You know me and my last minute party ideas πŸ™‚ I put together a super simple and cute table for the 4th! You can duplicate this in literally less than 2 hours if you have some things around your house you can repurpose.

And that is it friends!! you can do the same with less than $100 and a quick trip to the store to pick up a few treats and drinks. No need to bake in this crazy heat and everyone can enjoy some yummy sweets!

Party Table

Set up a small 4 or 6ft rectangular table with a white tablecloth. You can add a table runner or lay down scrapbook paper sheets to simulate a runner if you don’t have fabric to make one. The centerpiece is a stand I have had from Hobby Lobby. I made the USA centerpiece with foam letters and you can find those in my shop for future reference πŸ™‚ I added cute festive cups I found at Total Wine and put matching skittles I bought at Walmart. I dressed up the stand with cute ribbon from the clearance isle last year at Hobby Lobby.

Decorations

I love the inexpensive garland in front of the table from Oriental Trading. The cute small centerpieces on each side of the stand are from Pier 1 Imports. They were on sale for $4.99! The paper lanterns from Oriental Trading don’t necessarily need to hang. I put mine on the floor in front of the table…..looks super cool! I got the fun pinwheels for the kids and American flags from Oriental Trading. You can put those in a small glass jar at the end of each side of the table for easy to grab and go.

Desserts

Baking has never been my cup of tea so I prefer to pick up things at the grocery store. I got sweets to match the table in red and blue as you can see at the bottom of the stand in the middle of the table. I put red fruit punch in clear cups with cute festive straws and also cut up fresh strawberries and blueberries to put in Chinet cups. The cute trays were a find at my local Goodwill for .65 cents! I love shopping there and I always find props for my parties.

I hope you all enjoy a fabulous 4th of July with friends and family!!! Be safe.

XOXO
