Happy November! Happy Fall! I love this time of year…I love the holidays and being around family and friends. I have been living in Arizona for 17 years and have no family in town. Friends are my family here. This year, I want to host a Friendsgiving Party because I am so thankful for the long term friendships I’ve made here. I truly feel blessed to have such wonderful friends in my life. Check out these simple ideas I put together in my home.

What do you all think? Here’s the deets…..
I used my TV console to set up the sweets and treats. I love repurposing and using things around my house to keep parties on a budget. I made the colorful and festive FRIENDSGIVING centerpiece with my popular foam letters I sell in my etsy shop. I added some fall picks from Hobby Lobby and it didn’t cost too much to make just some time, but I love crafting!
Oriental Trading has the best and most affordable decor for your parties. I love their website! I got brown poms on the bar cart, the white pumpkins, the white and gold party supplies including cups, gold forks, plates and straws from them. The glittery pumpkins are from JoAnn Fabrics.
I have a confession to make and if you have been following a while, you know I don’t like baking!! eek! I love pretty desserts but I don’t like the fuss when it comes to baking and dirtying my kitchen. I am a simple and quick kind of girl so I went to the grocery store and picked up a pie, cupcakes and some cookie bars! They looked perfect on my spread. The cupcake toppers are from Hobby Lobby.
Have you noticed the trend with bar carts lately? I have been wanting to find one for a while and OfferUp came to my rescue one day while I was browsing! SUPER great deal and in love with this bar cart! I could not wait to style it and here it is. It’s probably my favorite detail on this party. I found the Happy Friendsgiving sign and napkins at my local HomeGoods. Those were the first things that inspired this celebration.
I put the pumpkin pie on there with some cute plates and some mini Martinelli’s sparkling cider bottles from the Dollar Tree to the side with some gold ribbon. I decorated the bottom part of the cart with the gorgeous white ceramic pumpkin from Oriental Trading and my favorite wine, Chateau Ste Michelle Riesling.
And that’s a wrap, my friends! Cute, simple and not a lot of time to set up!
I hope you all have a wonderful Friendsgiving or Thanksgiving!
Thank you for following and reading my party ideas!
